Sidney Chambers and the Problem Of Evil

Confessions, I did not enjoy this book. I am a fan of G.K. Chesterton’s Father Brown (both books and TV series) and this felt like a lesser version of those. However, if you have not read the Father Brown series and are a fan of detective stories you may enjoy this. We follow Sidney Chambers (newlywed Anglican priest) around post-war England, as he helps the police with their enquiries. There are murders, thefts and abductions intersected with tales of his home life.

If you have read this, let me know what you think. I picked this up as I loved the cover (win some/lose some!), alas.
